We intend to bring in one or more dedicated and passionate Software Developer to assist and support the Team Leader of Applications and Client Interface.  The ideal candidates will be highly motivated to contribute to the health and wellness industry and committed to providing exceptional customer services to the clients.  You will grow along with Virtus in our expansion from Hong Kong to Asia Pacific.

Principal Activities: 

• Conduct requirement analysis and system design to guide the full software and mobile application lifecycle
• Assist with software and mobile application development, implementation, testing and problem-solving to deliver high-quality solutions
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance existing products, improve services and maintain a competitive edge
• Provide support to the Team Leader of Applications and Client Interface by developing, maintaining, and supporting applications while performing other tasks as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage version control, conduct code reviews and uphold security and compliance standards
• Document system architectures, APIs and development processes for knowledge sharing and streamlined future maintenance

• Demonstrate you can handle IT and mobile applications sensibly and swiftly
• Passion for the health and wellness industry and a commitment to serving clients
• Team player, dynamic, proactive and customer-focused to providing solutions and support
• Work in a fast-paced environment in line with clients’ expectations, and support multiple of them at the same time
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Positive attitude and strong alignment with company
