About The Job

Responsibilities

• Support the business on projects and new initiatives to drive operation efficiency
• Translate product needs across departments, help define product scope, set timeline and ensure on time product delivery, manage and optimize project resources, and handle touchpoints and satisfaction throughout delivery
• Work closely with sales, client service and technical teams to understand customer needs, operational & technical difficulties
• Communicate between internal and external project stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
• Provide project performance insights through data analysis, propose solutions and feature enhancement
• Provide ad-hoc support to operation projects

About You

Core Competencies

• Degree holder in Public Relations, Marketing, Media Communication and any relevant discipline
• 4 - 5 years’ relevant experience is preferred
• Candidates with strong passion and knowledge, but with less experience will be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are essential
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Solution-driven, proactive team player with strong problem solving skills

Preferred Qualities & Qualifications

• Familiar with complex IT solutions will be prioritized
• Experience from marketing/advertising agency is a great advantage
• Independent yet collaborative, mature, diplomatic, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate in latest technology, big data and artificial intelligence
