Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Filing and submitting forms with the Stamp Office and Land Registry for stamping and registration purposes.
  • Contacting or liaising with the Stamp Office or Land Registry for any enquiries our colleagues' encounter.
  • Conducting land searches for our supporting staff.
  • Performing general clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying, and preparing reports, etc.

Requirements :

    HKCEE or DSE Level
    Responsible and good communication skill
  • Good at MS applications and English & Chinese WP
  • Relevant experience is highly preferred
