Supplier Quality Manager (Shenzhen Stationed)

We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia.  We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Responsible for conducting audits & assessments of supplier quality & manufacturing processes to address quality issues, assisting the procurement team with supplier onboarding & evaluation, negotiating quality agreements with suppliers, performing risk analysis and mitigation for supplier quality issues, executing APQP at the component level, ensuring suppliers comply with environmental regulations and handling ad hoc assignments.

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 7 years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing industry of electrical appliances
• Sound knowledge in worldwide Environmental regulations related to appliances industry
• Good technical background in supplier quality engineering with an analytical mind in manufacturing process and problem-solving
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supplier Quality Manager
