Supply Chain Associate (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

• Participating in rebranding projects implementation
• Assist in monitoring stock level and shipment tracking
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure stable, sufficient supply and on-time delivery to meet the company’s goals
• Assist in demand forecast planning
• Responsible to prepare reports (i.e. stock coverage, forecast accuracy, inventory write off, etc..)
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• 1+ years relevant working experience in Logistics field, preferable in healthcare / FMCG (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Fast learner, organized and detail-oriented individual
• Motivated individual with strong self-directed capabilities as well as strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience in SAP system is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Supply Chain Officer
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
