ABOUT THE ROLE
We are in search of a dedicated Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products, and fostering strong relationships with our supply chain partners. We are looking for someone who is a good team player, proactive and highly self-organized, ready to tackle the operational challenges of the supply chain. 

If you have passion for the following scopes……

1. Order & Supply Chain Management

• Generate Purchase and Sales Orders, and assist with the initiation of Letters of Credit when needed
• Work with factory to establish a Production Plan
• Organize the gathering and sending of production samples
• Monitor the status of production and schedule inspections of final shipments accordingly
• Coordinate with customer, factory and forwarder to plan and align shipment schedule
• Make shipment bookings with forwarder and troubleshoot in case of any issues (failed inspection, space issue, late come, changes in schedule)
• Ensure all shipment documents provided by the vendor and forwarder are submitted timely and accurately (Vendor Invoice, Packing List, Draft B/L, etc.)
• Prepare full set of shipping documents for customer (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, B/L)
• Communicate with vendors/customers and the Finance department regarding payment matters and facilitate resolution of common disputes (such as Partial Shipments, Damaged Goods, etc.)
• Consistently update and report on all activities within our Project Management System for full transparency throughout the project

2. Vendor Management

• Support and coordinate vendor/factory onboarding
• Provide vendor training and support

3. Others

• Liaise with 3PL for freight cost enquiries when needed
• Ad hoc projects as required by the supervisor

• Higher Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Good knowledge on shipping practice, custom rules and regulations, I/E and license regulations etc. (from Asia to Europe and US)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
• Good Command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Experience in corporate ERP systems (Dynamics/SAP etc.)
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Good team-player, highly organized, pro-active, efficient and detail-oriented
