Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize inventory holdings at item level at the end markets of China.
  • Process SAP transactions (goods releasing, PO tracking, booking, shipping, etc..), track and trace the abnormal transaction and update daily to related internal parties with integrated information, especially for supply risk and logistic risk.
  • Provides monthly customized reports from SAP, analyze data upon requirements with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with global SAP solution team to solve supply chain related SAP technical issues.
  • Co - work with Finance team and provide relevant report as requirement.
  • Effectively perform inventory management tasks such as inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and investigation on discrepancies between different Supply Chain systems and local importer inventory report.
  • Build and maintain effective cross - functional relationships with Global Supply Chain, logistic, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Participate in SAP projects testing such as master data maintenance and update, etc.,
  • Monitor logistic vender performance such as damage rate and order deliver.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and skilled at MS Office.
  • Skillful in Chinese and English writing and reading.
  • Worked within an international multi-culture environment preferred.
  • Highly accountable, able to withstand work pressure and complete work independently. Ability to leverage resources to solve problems and manage target and projects.
