Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze available data from demand planning, inventory reports, looker and other resources
  • Collaborate with operations, production and other supply chain department team members
  • Monitor and assure accurate production schedules of supplier based on demand forecasts
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
  • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and supplies
  • Monitor and track supplier performance, identifying and resolving supply chain issues
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes
  • Prepare and present supply chain performance and ad hoc reports to senior management

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines.
  • 2+ year of related experience
  • Fluent in English.
  • Very good analytical skills and proactive attitude.
  • Team player and able to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure, with ability to provide solutions and to manage risks effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
