Job Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Description:
-
Set up and maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms, including projectors, video conferencing systems, and audio equipment.

Provide technical support during meetings and events to ensure all
IT systems function correctly.

Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that arise in meeting rooms promptly.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and improvements to meeting room technology.
-
Train staff on the use of meeting room IT equipment and software.
-
Maintain an inventory of meeting room IT equipment and ensure all devices are in good working condition.
Requirement:
-
Diploma or above
-
3+ experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of video conferencing systems, audio-visual equipment, and networking.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills and the ability to train non-technical
