System & Project Specialist 應用系統崗

崗位職責：

1. 協助高頻/低延遲系統方案設計
2. 評估供應商和方案，評估系統相容性和性能等
3. 負責系統實施，性能調優，保障系統速度和可靠性
4. 提供系統運維和技術支援
5. 監控系統性能，主動排查問題
6. 與交易員、客戶經理及其他有關人員密切協作
7. 按需要撰寫使用者指引或其他文檔
8. 完成部門及上級安排的其他工作
 

崗位要求:

1. 電腦科學或IT相關專業本科或以上學歷
2. 2年或以上期貨公司IT部門的工作經驗或者系統開發商工作經驗
3. 有高頻、低延遲系統相關工作經驗優先
4. 熟悉網路基建及優化
5. 熟悉至少一種軟體發展語言
6. 熟悉交易平臺和相關協定（如FIX）優先
7. 掌握資料庫系統知識，熟悉程式化交易優先
8. 優秀的中英文文案讀寫能力，及抗壓能力。

Job details :

1. Assist in devising HFT / low latency trading solutions tailored to client needs
2. Research and evaluate third-party vendors and solutions, conduct thorough assessments to ensure compatibility and performance
3. Lead the deployment of trading systems, optimize system performance for speed and reliability
4. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for trading systems
5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
6. Work closely with traders, sales, and other stakeholders
7. Prepare and write user guides & any other document as required
8. Any other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties.
 

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Futures firms’ IT department or in futures system vendor’s R&D team
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing HFT / low latency trading systems is desired
4. Strong background in network infrastructure and optimization
5. Proficiency in one programming language such as C++, Java, or Python
6. Experience with trading platforms and financial protocols (FIX, etc.) is preferred
7. Knowledge of database systems and data management, familiar with algorithmic trading techniques is an advantage
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, fluency in English
