Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable System Support Engineer to join our dynamic Service Team.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware & networking issues for clients.
  • Provide timely technical support and assistance via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of support tickets.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on software and system usage best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • VTC Graduate / F.5 or above, with at least 2 years experience in computer networking.
  • Able to provide good customer service & communication skill.
  • Familiar with Microsoft products.
  • Hardworking with team work spirits.
  • Less-experienced of Fresh Graduates will be considered.
