Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable System Support Engineer to join our dynamic Service Team.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve hardware & networking issues for clients.
- Provide timely technical support and assistance via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of support tickets.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for users on software and system usage best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- VTC Graduate / F.5 or above, with at least 2 years experience in computer networking.
- Able to provide good customer service & communication skill.
- Familiar with Microsoft products.
- Hardworking with team work spirits.
- Less-experienced of Fresh Graduates will be considered.
