Talent Development Officer (Post Code: HR－TDO)

Responsibilities :

• Supervise a small team of staff to handle staff training & development and talent management;
• Formulate and implement employee training and development policy, talent audit and programmes;
• Manage and plan staff engagement function and organize staff relations activities.

Requirements :

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in training & development and/or talent management preferably at supervisory level;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
