Teaching Associate (Dept of Physics) (Job ID: 10395)

The Department of Physics seeks candidates for a Teaching Associate position. The appointee will provide support in physics undergraduate course teaching, course preparation & grading, teaching materials development, supervision of student projects, and development of teaching & learning tools.  Other responsibilities include management of student liaison and student wellness programs. 

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in physics, applied physics, or a closely related field. Relevant working experience in organizing student activities, supervising student clubs, and/or involvement in student wellness and student affairs would be an advantage. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
