Job Description
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our immigration services. You will handle client communications, manage documentation, and assist with various administrative tasks to support our team and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

● Liaise with clients to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
● Organise, collect, file, and maintain both physical and digital documents accurately and confidentially.
● Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing immigration-related forms and applications.
● Assist in issuing service agreements and invoices.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
● Support the team with data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
● Assist in coordinating ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

● Meticulous, organised, and adept at independent work, with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
● Demonstrated capability to multitask effectively while maintaining clear communication channels to achieve set objectives.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to convey ideas and insights clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
● Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written, Mandarin an advantage.
● Prior experience in a secretarial role or immigration/legal industry is an advantage.
