Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To carry out the A&A works and renovation works
- Liaise with internal parties and contractors to resolve operational problems in building facilities and prepare technical specification for upgrading/ enhancement works
- Monitor and supervise daily operations & maintenance of E&M facilities
- Quotation & tendering document preparation and analysis
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Building Study or related disciplines
- Not less than 3 years working experience in related works for commercial office / shopping arcade is preferred
- Experience in Property & Facilities Management or Consultant is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good PC skills; and preferably in AutoCAD
