Job Description:
- Serve Key customer account and handle escalated servicing issues
- Handle complaint, manage technical support and analyze fault ticket
- Monitor key customer project implementation
- Conduct PoC for potential customer
- Drive and coordinate internal and external parties for all service improvement
- projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare report and conduct regular service review with customers to collect customer feedback and drive for continuous improvement
- Assist testing/integration for new product
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years in ISP/Telecommunication industry
- Solid experience in switching, routing, SDWAN, and firewall technologies
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- With network security knowledge is advantage
- Knowledge in network tools and Public Cloud is advantage
- Holders of CCNA or CCNP or CEH or CISSP related qualifications are preferred
- Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
