Technical Support Engineer - Cyber Security Solutions

Job Description:

• Work with technical team to provide post-sales support for project implementation and maintenance
• Provide technical support on latest cyber security solution such as Breach & Attack Simulation, OT/IoT Security, xDR, Unify Identity Protection, SASE, ADC, DDoS and WAF.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate in Information Technology or related discipline
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Consultant
• Hands-on experience in network, security and cloud solutions is in advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivation and a good team player
• Willing and self-initiate to learn new technologies
