Technical Support Officer / Assistant Technical Support Officer

Job duties:

• System technical support
• Networking monitoring & trouble-shooting
• Handle customer inquiry & complaint
• Assist in system documentation and preparation of reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Computer Studies or related disciplines
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL SERVER, Linux & Windows Platform
• Interested in Telecom field
• Willing to learn and good sense of responsibilities
• Able to work independently
• Work on shift is required
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Officer. On-job training will be provided
