Telephone Operator

Requirement:
-Form 5 or above
-Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
-Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
-Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Overnight and Shift duty are required
