The Role

• Lead the testing team to develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Conduct reviews of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Identify, record, and track defects, and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with [Y] years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
