Trade Manager

Responsibilities:

• Focus on overseas agent development and rates in Intra Asia (IA), Middle East (ME), and India Subcontinent (ISC). 
• Communicate and strengthen relationship with overseas agents to obtain support and business in IA, ME & ISC.
• Negotiate with carriers for ocean freight rate and manage contracts
• Coordinate with carriers for all branch offices regarding all matters related to rates, space and equipment. 
• Work closely with all branch offices and Sales team to develop business IA, ME & ISC.
• Attend freight forwarding association conference to get new agent support. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• At least 10 years of solid experience in Shipping, NVOCC or Freight forwarding industries 
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to Intra Asia, Middle East and India Subcontinent 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
