TSS Technical Support

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily supports to end users and management of the technical facilities;
Handle school servers, network, audio-visual system
To install/support desktop, notebook, mobile devices, etc.
Responsible for hardware and software asset management;
Maintain all necessary record under internal systems;
Provide additional technical support in e-learning platform and schools' community
