Visual Merchandiser (Luxury)

Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Prepare visual merchandising (VM) props, packaging, and sales accessories orders for each store opening.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and prepare VM and merchandising guidelines for each store launch.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate daily production schedules with factories and manage delivery timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee VM quality control processes and ensure high standards of quality.

•⁠ ⁠Organize the pick-up of VM orders and coordinate shipping to designated locations.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate VM installations in stores, collaborating with sales teams and local installers

•⁠ ⁠Gather, verify, and prepare all VM invoices and budget documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Assist the team with shipments, samples, and mock-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail environments.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Strong logistics and planning skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Outstanding communication and coordination abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Adobe PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and related software tools.
