Operations Maintenance Responsibilities

1.Service provisioning and configuration

2.Network upgrades and maintenance

3.Troubleshooting and fault resolution (Tier-2 level)

4.Performance monitoring and quality analysis

5.Ensure network stability and reliable operation

6.Respond promptly to incidents and perform 7×24 on-call escalation

7.Maintain system and device health to guarantee network security and stability

Business Support Responsibilities

1.Provide technical support for customer service provisioning and configuration

2.Develop and optimize technical solutions based on customer needs

3.Participate in network optimization, evolution, and innovation research

4.Support the deployment and implementation of voice-related projects to ensure timely delivery

Offer technical proposals and assist in resolving business-related issues

Qualification Required:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in voice network operation, maintenance, or deployment

3.Familiar with ISUP and SIP signaling principles and processes

4.Skilled in Huawei NGN and SBC systems

5.Certification in IT, network, Linux, or related fields preferred

6.Good communication skills in Chinese and English (written and spoken)

Able to work independently and under pressure
