What We Need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organisation and objectives of our event
• Training will be provided prior to the event to volunteers on 10 Sep
• Weekly meeting to catch up with our team and report progress
• Tasks may include exploring and advising on the registration process/system for the event, providing guidance on the timeline and execution plan, coordinating partnerships, and assisting with onsite logistics such as moving equipment.
• Volunteers with event planning experience is preferred
• Help with the planning and coordination or our BioHK2024 event, tasks will be delegated based on your skills and experiences
• Event dates: 10-14 Sep, with tentative hours of 1100-1800hrs on 10 Sep, and 0800-1900hrs on 11-14 Sep (Time to be confirmed)
