Our client is seeking both junior and senior waiters and waitresses to join their team in Hong Kong in multiple locations.

Their catering business manages one of the largest and most diverse operations in Hong Kong providing a wide range of catering to both individuals and large events. 

Role:

• Deliver excellent food and beverage services in both formal and casual settings.
• Assist floor managers to ensure smooth and efficient service across the restaurants.
• Provide top-level service and achieve high levels of customer satisfactions
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and quality standards.
• 在正式和休閒場合提供優質的餐飲服務。
• 協助樓層經理確保整個餐廳的服務順暢、有效率。
• 提供頂級服務並實現高水準的客戶滿意度
• 維持餐廳的高水準衛生和品質標準

Requirements:

• 1 -3 year's related fine-dining restaurant experience is required and preferably working in hotels and / or private members’ clubs.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• 需要1 -3年相關高級餐廳經驗，最好在飯店和/或私人會員俱樂部工作。
• 良好的中英文溝通能力

Salary, schedules and benefits:

Salary Range: HKD 19-23.5k (Based on seniority)

5 day work week

45.5 hours per week (not including meal breaks / breaks)
