Warehouse Clerk

Job Description:

• Liaise with warehouse, ordering processing team and freight forwarder for inbound & outbound shipment arrangement
• Deal with day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations such as receiving, storage and claims
• Prepare inbound and outbound documents & coordinate for delivery schedule to maintain efficient warehouse operation
• Responsible for updating system transactions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate record in system and proper documentation
• Logistics invoice verification and payment application in system
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE qualified, or equivalent;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in office software such as Microsoft Office suite;
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure;
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding, warehouse and logistics operation.

Working Day:

Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday
