Warehouse Manager

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the establishment of warehouse management system and process optimization ;

2. Responsible for team management :

- Manage warehouse staff, arrange daily operations , and provide necessary training

- Supervise the implementation of quality control standards and operating procedures by employees.

3. Responsible for compliance and safety management :

- Ensure that all operations comply with relevant environmental regulations and data protection regulations.

- Implement and maintain workplace safety practices, especially for the handling of electronics.

Job requirements

1. Educational background:

College degree or above in logistics management or related fields .

2. Experience:

- 5 years or more of warehouse management experience, experience in handling electronic products, especially second-hand equipment is preferred.

- Familiar with electronic product testing and repair procedures.

3. Professional skills:

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and database software.

- In-depth understanding of quality control of electronic products.

- Understand relevant environmental protection and data protection regulations.

4. Personal abilities:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task.

5. Language ability:

- Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and proficient in written English .
