Works Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the supervision of the construction works
2. Assist the Clerk-of-Works in supervision of the construction works
3. Monitoring the works progress and standard of workmanship against relevant specifications and standards

equirements:

• A Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with not less than 3 years' relevant experience in building alterations, additions and maintenance works
• Site supervision experience in term contracts is advantageous
