Business Analyst
What the role entails
- This position is suited to a highly motivated individual, who is a team player with the drive for analyzing big data, developing key performance indicators and striving for continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze business data for business optimization
- Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
- Identify automation opportunities
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Prepare and monitor key performance indicators to help others achieve targets
- Prepare reports to the management on business performance and improvement
What you will need for this role
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ related experience
- Ability to work productively without supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
- A team player with good business sense
