Claims Manager / Assistant Claims Manager / Claim Executive

Responsibility

1. Handle transport liability claims (e.g. cargo loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, misdirection, uncollected cargoes, general average) for our clients (e.g. freight forwarders, shipping companies, warehouses, terminals) including: advise our clients on their legal / contractual liability pursuant to their B/Ls and AWBs, deal with claimants for our clients.
2. Follow up with our clients’ transport liability insurers to process the transport liability claim handling and settlement.
3. Monitor the performance of surveyors, lawyers, adjusters, correspondents of our clients’ transport liability insurers.

Target Candidates

• University graduates.
• Working experience in the insurance, shipping, airfreight, forwarding, and/or logistics industries.
• Experienced in handling transport liability claims is an advantage.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
