- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent;
- Attainment of the language proficiency requirements of ‘level 2’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- At least 10 years relevant site experience including 6 years post qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services nspection work.
