Warehouse Operations Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse operations and ensuring its compliance with customers’ SLA and ISO standards
• Assist in implementing strategic plans
• Manage and resolve operations difficulties
• Regular review of the manpower requirement against workload in daily operations
• Optimize manpower usage in a cost-effective manner
• Foresee the potential problems and prevent recurrence in daily operations
• Ensure all frontline staff are working under safety rules and equip provided PPE at work
• Ensure staff are working in a safe environment
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management
• Shift basis including weekends and public holidays
• Working Location: Kwai Chung

Requirements

• F.5 or related discipline
• At least 3 years experience in logistics warehouse operations
• Good leadership skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
