Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Support business partners on workforce planning, talent management and succession planning. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. 
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 
  • Lead recruitment effort and ensure compliance with local labor law, regulations and cultural considerations on regional scale, including but not limited to Singapore, Shanghai and Macau. 
  • Assist in developing and executing compensation strategies. 
  • Develop and implement human resources programmes, policies and initiatives as required to drive employee performance and career development.  
  • Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of human resources services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development. 
  • Lead implementation on digitalization initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance data management efficiency 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records. 
  • Lead defined projects as required. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Human Resources. 
  • 7+ Years of Relevant Experience in Human Resources, preferably in the retail industry 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the company 
  • A highly responsive and service-oriented approach with strong organizational and follow-up skills 
  • An ability to connect well with employees, with a high degree of empathy while being able to maintain a strong business orientation 
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance and the ability to apply those laws to our current and future employees 
  • Sound knowledge of luxury industry across Asia Pacific. 
  • Strong command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Excellent written English and Chinese
