Who are we looking for

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to help us expand RabbitX in the Hong Kong market. You’ll work on exciting campaigns, build brand visibility, and follow up with leads to turn curiosity into conversions.

Here's how you'll be contributing:

• Execute online & offline campaigns (social, eDM, KOLs, SEO/SEM, etc.)
• Support event planning and on-site activations and follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, or email to drive sign-ups
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams and track/report on campaign performance and ROI
• Assist with content creation and digital ad execution in addition to working with the Marketing Manager to manage the budget and maintain marketing calendars

• Research trends and competitors to optimize local marketing

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) with hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools
• Strong communicator in Cantonese & English (Mandarin a plus)
• Strong follow-up skills and phone manner
• Detail-minded, organized, and ready to learn
• Passionate about Web3, fintech, or crypto
