Director, E-Commerce

Best Able Footwear Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Belle Fashion Group. It is the largest footwear & apparel retailer in China. Major Responsibilities:

• To drive E-Commerce agenda across Hong Kong and Macau markets and execute plans to maximize profitable revenues opportunities
• Responsible for business development of E-channels, budget, sales management, P&L, etc
• Manage business performance and effective tracking with web analytics and other business indicators to deliver revenue target and KPIs
• Analyze various data to track performance and identify insight to derive action plan and continuously maximize ROI
• Conduct market research in order to identify new trends and technologies for improving business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing and other related fields
• At least 12 years in business leadership experience, including E-Commerce
• Excellent knowledge of managing online sales channels and online sales best practices
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proven track record in achieving business objectives

Remuneration:

Monthly Basic Salary: HK$80,000 + Discretionary Bonus
