Valuer / Senior Valuer (Property Valuation)

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented valuer to join our valuation team. As a Valuer / Senior Valuer, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced professionals in conducting comprehensive property valuations for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, gaining valuable exposure and knowledge in the field of property valuation. Responsibilities

• Undertake real estate / fixed asset valuation and advisory assignments including market research, site inspection, prepare valuation model and report, etc.

• Valuation for wide range of purposes including financial reporting, M&A, IPO, investment advisory, litigation, feasibility report, valuation review, etc.

• Collaborate and communication with clients and external professional parties

• Involve in ad-hoc assignment as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines preferred

• Holding or currently acquiring professional qualification such as MRICS and/or MHKIS would be an advantage

• 1 - 3 years’ real estate valuation / consultancy experience

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and report-writing skills

• Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines, with excellent teamworking, interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

• Frequent business trip to PRC and overseas may be required
