About Asia Leadership Roundtable:

The Asia Leadership Roundtable (www.cdroundtable.com ) is a by-invitation network of movers and shakers in Asia providing platforms for focused dialogue, issue investigation, and possible collective action on strategic issues relating to economic, business and social development in Asia. In order to manage the development and its integrated revenue growth across China Daily media products, we are now looking for qualified candidates in Hong Kong to fill the following position:

Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:-

• To assist in the overall project planning and execution of local and overseas events
• ⁠To provide logistics support for projects, including assisting in liaison with external vendors, partners, as well as internal depts.
• To handle enquiries from event participations, partners, sponsors and undertake on-site duties.
• To maintain good relations with working partners and industry associations,
• To assist in conducting research and preparing presentation materials.
• To handle participant recruitment and promotions for projects.
• To undertake administrative duties as and when necessary.

Requirements:-

• University graduate with minimum of 4 years solid experience in project management and event organization is preferred, candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
• Solid experience in event management will be an advantage.
• Able to work multitasking, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Detail-minded with “Can Do “attitude, well-organised and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Fluent in Putonghua
