• 協助部門拍品的宣傳、推廣、招商等活動
• 協助處理拍品估值，在客戶和部門主管之間進行聯絡

2. 上拍作品文章撰寫、研究

作品狀態審查

3. 銷售跟進

• 與買賣雙方協調銷售後的拍品之客戶服務
• 跟進買方和賣方的付款

學歷需求

• 擁有藝術史、文學或新聞學科的學士學位優先考慮
• 3年以上藝術相關行業工作經驗
• 操作一般電腦軟件程式，例Word，Excel，Outlook (MS Office)
• 具良好組織力，能夠判斷工作的優先順序，注重細節，自我激勵，積極的工作態度和良好的團隊精神
• 能書寫英文和中文
• 流利的英語，廣東話和普通話
• 處事細心可靠、認真負責且能夠獨立工作
• 靈活、熱心處理日常部門工作
• 有拍賣行工作經驗會優先考慮

Responsibilities

Artworks Collection, Valuations & Sales

• Assist the Department with promotional activities, marketing and business development for auction artworks
• Handle the valuation of artworks and facilitate communication between clients and department head.

2. Writing and Research for Auction Articles

Review the condition of artworks

3. Sales Follow-Up

• Provide customer service after the Sale between buyers and sellers.
• Follow up on payments with both buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• Degree in Art History, Literature, or Journalism is preferred
• Over 3 years solid working experience in the art-related industry
• Proficient in general computer software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, (MS Office preferred)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, high attention to details
• Self-motivated, positive work attitude, and good team spirit
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Careful, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Flexible and enthusiastic about handling daily departmental tasks
• Experience in an auction house is a preferred
