Analyst/Associate Client Relationship Management

Job Description:

Christensen Advisory, a leading financial communications and investor relations firm, is seeking a motivated Analyst/Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the financial markets and a keen interest in supporting Chinese companies listed on US or HK stock exchanges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive investor/public relations and social media strategies for clients.
• Prepare and/or edit client investor relations communications including press releases, financial results, investor presentations, annual reports, and other financial disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, edit and research client public relations communications including thought leadership articles, press releases, and proposals.
• Provide clients with accurate and timely market and competitor intelligence analysis, tracking industry trends, and advising management on potential impacts to the company’s investor relations strategy.
• Research, manage and oversee content for digital marketing campaigns, including managing influencers to execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g. website developer, conference call provider, press release distribution) on behalf of the client.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, financial PR, financial analysis, investment banking, or similar field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
