Technician (Smart Car Park, Security, ELV System) 維修保養技術員 (智慧停車場、保安及弱電系統)

工作範圍 

• 負責智慧停車場、保安及弱電系統系統保養及緊急維修工作，包括閉路電視、門禁控制、防盜警報、公共天線、公共廣播等系統;
• 為客戶提供現場技術支援及合適改善建議，包括日常例行檢查、產品安裝及軟件設定、系統升級服務等;
• 準備日常檢查報告及相關服務檔案;
• 5.5天工作。

所需資歷

• 持有電子或電腦工程證書或其他工程相關學歷 或 具相關弱電系統/IoT工作經驗;
• 若有相關工作經驗，申請者會被考慮為高級技術員或工程師;
• 具有良好溝通技巧，有責任感，獨立自主;
• 良好粵語及一般英語，懂讀寫中英文。慬一般電腦技能。
• 歡迎有興趣加入電子 / 屋宇設備工程行業人員加入。

待遇 : 有超時工作津貼, 年假12天, 銀行假期, 牙科福利, 醫療保險 及年終獎金,  每週工作5天半,輪班,輪休。

Scope of work   

• Responsible for the maintenance and emergency repair of smart car park, security and ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, burglar alarm, public antenna, public address and other systems ; 
• Provide customers with on-site technical support and appropriate improvement suggestions, including daily routine inspections, product installation and software settings, system upgrade services, etc .; 
• Prepare daily inspection reports and related service files ; 
• 5.5 days to work. 

Required Qualifications

• Hold a certificate in electronic or computer engineering or other engineering-related qualifications or Relevant working experience in weak current system/IoT; 
• Applicants with relevant working experience will be considered as Senior Technician; 
• Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility, independence ; 
• Good command of Cantonese and general English, able to read and write Chinese and English. General computer skills.
• Interested in joining the Electronics / Building Services Engineering industry are welcome to join. 

Benefits: overtime allowance, 12 days annual leave, bank holidays, dental benefits, medical insurance and year-end bonus, five and a half days a week, shifts, and turns.
