Director / Associate Director - Valuation & Professional Services Department

Responsibilities :

• Prepare valuation reports for various types of landed properties.
• Handle various kinds of land administrative works such as lease modification, waiver application, rates/stamp duty appeal, land resumption and feasibility studies.
• Formulate and implement marketing promotion and strategies.
• Able to work independently and manage subordinate staff.

Requirements :

• Member of HKIS and RICS.
• Degree in Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in property valuation or related field.
• Responsible, hardworking and excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
