Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management
- Coordinate repair and maintenance works with contractors and vendors
- Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Assist with property leasing matters, including liaising with property agents and coordinating lease negotiations
- Arrange and follow up on property viewings, leasing offers, and tenant onboarding
- Prepare, review, and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and termination documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease terms, tenant profiles, and rental status
Support budgeting processes, cost control, and the preparation of operational reports
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role)
- Strong communication skills, with experience liaising with property agents and service providers
- Meticulous, with solid administrative and documentation capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Service- and detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, with good judgment and integrity
