Project Manager

Project Overview

• Facilitate project management for the implementation and maintenance of a new system.
• Coordinate tasks related to system integration and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage parallel operations between existing and new systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing contractual issues related to the project.
• Supervise contractor performance against project milestones and schedules.
• Handle tender-related tasks and communication with relevant parties.
• Manage administrative aspects of the project.
• Provide expert advice on project-related technologies and systems.
• Coordinate risk assessments and compliance analyses.
• Assist in establishing project governance structures.
• Attend project meetings and act as the internal project manager.
• Maintain project documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • At least 8 years of relevant IT experience; 2 years in a similar role.
  • Project management experience (preferable).
  • Experience with government projects (preferable).
  • Familiarity with mission-critical systems (preferable).
• Skills:
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and local language.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management.
