IT Project Manager - Infra

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to act as an on-site consultant dedicated to our Finance customer projects. This will require communication with local and global project stakeholders, local vendors and general contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional team to deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget
• Bring into being strategies and plans to deliver successful end-to-end deployments
• Provide regular project reporting, including updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Establish project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assign tasks
• Identify, track and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks
• Manage team’s performance of project tasks, provide technical advice and guidance, schedule assignments and training for development, prepare performance appraisals
• Establish and maintain a strong customer relationship
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of solid experience as IT Project Manager, experience with AV systems is a plus but not essential
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a must
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong experience in full-cycle project management
• Good organization and stakeholder management experience
• Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects

• Demonstrated interaction and working with all levels of management.
