Job Description:
* Serve as a coach for franchisees, providing valuable and attentive support
* Regularly visit branch schools to monitor compliance with operational practices
* Increase student enrollment and retention rates at branch schools
* Handle marketing and promotion of branch schools in collaboration with franchisees
* Manage administrative tasks related to franchisees
* Handle matters related to the opening of new branch schools with franchisees
* Complete various training programs provided by the company related to different business areas, products and operations
* Assist in recruiting suitable franchisees for the franchise operation
* Handle other duties related to franchisees and branch schools
Educational Requirements:
* Education (currently studying / obtained): Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree (Higher Diploma or above)
* Proficiency in Chinese, English and Mathematics, with a grade of D / 3 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE (individual subject results must be stated)
Other Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting and managing 10 or more chain educational centres
* Business and marketing mindset
* Effective time management and independent problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong mathematical, analytical and observational abilities
* Proactive learner and worker with excellent communication skills
