Responsibilities
• Design and develop backend services to support AI-powered applications
• Build and fine-tune AI models and algorithms in areas such as NLP, LLMs, and Speech Recognition
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, developers, project managers, and UX designers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contribute to the development of a next-gen Learning Management System (LMS) that manages content, tracks student progress, and enhances the digital learning experience
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate them to improve platform features and performance

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in software development, including knowledge of the full software development life cycle
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, particularly in NLP, LLMs, or Speech applications
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Understanding of neural network architectures and machine learning techniques
• Experience working in offshore or overseas team environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Immediate availability is a plus
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Junior AI Developer role
