Business Advisory Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Taxation Expertise: Handling client tax compliance and advisory as well as handling Hong Kong Profits Tax and Salaries Tax.
• Internal Control Reports: Assess, design, and improve internal controls for companies to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Company Secretary Services: Handles the full spectrum of company secretarial matters and ensures all statutory compliance matters are handled. Proficiency in the CSA system is a must.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tax advisory and corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Familiarity with company secretarial duties and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or relevant certifications) preferred.
