Financial Manager

Our HK office, Fuwa Mechanical Engineering (HK) Co., Ltd.  is an offshore platform mainly facing the overseas customer. We have 4 production bases in mainland, specialized in container manufacturing and axel manufacturing.
 

Job Description

1. Prepare financial report, cashflow forecast report, variance analysis between actual and forecast, project profits tax computation. Assist Group CFO to handle finance matters.
2. Contact auditors and bankers for the audit matter and account/funding management matters, etc.
3. Conduct reconciliation of intercompany transactions, prepare consolidation reports for a subsidiary if needed.
4. Prepare payroll & MPF including calculation of incentive for staff.
5. Project salaries tax computation for each director in order to enjoy max. tax benefits, prepare IRD tax form.
6. Prepare all Company Secretarial matter including Annual Return and other statutory document to be filed in the Companies Registry.
7. Implementation of ERP system, application for various payments, etc.
8. Handle administrative matters including customer reception, itinerary, ticket booking, hotel reservation, etc.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in accounting, ACCA, CPA.
• Having professional knowledge and practical experience in financial accounting and taxation in both Hong Kong and mainland China
• Handling secretarial affairs for Hong Kong companies
• Languages (Spoken & Written): English, Cantonese and Mandarin
