Join Our Creative Force:

We're looking for a talented and passionate Designer / Art Director to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in translating brand visions into impactful visual identities and digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design Execution:
  • Design a wide range of brand assets, including logos, visual identities, brand guidelines, marketing collateral (print and digital), websites, and social media graphics.
  • Ensure all designs align with the client's brand strategy, objectives, and target audience.
  • Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail in all design work.
• Creative Concept Development:
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
  • Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and resonate with target audiences.
  • Present design concepts internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with the creative team, including other designers, copywriters, and strategists, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and present design solutions.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating a keen understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) is essential.
• Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms, including websites and social media.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to also work independently.
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• A strong understanding of the property development, hospitality, Web 3.0, or start-up industries.
